Hello, earlier today I put a new screen on my iPhone 5c to replace a cracked one that caused a similar problem that i am experiencing now. After i finished, i noticed that the colors were kind of dimmed and the left side is black (see picture). Any advice on how to fix this? I also noticed that the screen was a little lifted from the surrounding casing on the phone. Could it be a bad battery?

I'm thinking more than just the screen was damaged, if you're experiencing a similar problem after the replacement.

You did it yourself? there is a chance you didn't connect the screenconnectors properly, this could also lead to white lines on the screen. Have you tried reopening the phone and reconnecting the screen again? If the problem persists, I must agree with ^ Resist: there may be more than just the screen damaged.

I have the same issue,did u fix it ?

Maybe there are some secret settings, or to be sure everything is fine, maybe you need to contact service? Agree with nieks, two reasons possible - either you haven't connected everything right or the damage is worse. I allowed my kids to take my phone, do not know what they had been doing with my it but I had to contact service here, the guys were really helpful. Maybe you'd call and ask them what problem you might have.
