Ok real quick... I have a 3G phone that was Jailbrken, I got the White Apple of Death and restored... was also forced to upgraded to 3.1.3, so I lost my JB!
However, after the restore I still have to 2 jailbroken apps remaining...
1. Make it Mine and Fake Carrier

Does anyone know how to remove these to JB apps!

Thanks

You restored to backup instead of set up as new, didn't you

Happens every time.

You will have to restore again, choose set up as new.

After Restore!

Dilizard... If I set up new, will I lose all my contacts and everything?

Contacts are not stored in backups, they are synced with your computer's address book (assuming you have set it up correctly). Backups store settings, applications data (saved scores, etc.), text messages, etc. Information on what is included in backups can be found here.

Backups also include certain changes to system settings made by MakeItMine and FakeCarrier. The MakeItMine and FakeCarrier applications themselves are not still on your phone. Just the changes they made. The only way to get rid of them is to set up as new.

Small correction.
Your contact info and phone numbers are also stored in your iphone backup.
But like said above you can export/transfer them to your computers address book or a few other places on there like outlook etc...
Then once they're transfered to your computer you can sync them back thru itunes to your iphone.
