No. Using apple in your website name is fine.

hi imacintel, how sure are you to this? cuz this website is a online portfolio station for myself... showcasing my work and etc...

It is basically the sam is using iMac in my username. Same as MacRumors.

Mac is a trademark of apple, but MacRumors doesn't get sued for susing Mac in the website name.

Just host your website in a Third-World country. :)

Or, if that isn't an option, then I think if there isn't a connection between the computer company or the music company and you, Apple is a fine name. It is a fruit, too, which can be the basis of a legal defense if need be.

Thanx....but what do you say if i use my nick? is that all right?

Macintosh XIII probably isn't a trademark of Apple Computer, Inc. but it is probably a bit too close to the infringement side of things for your tastes.
