Sorry people, does anyone know if i were to name my website (upcoming) bearing names for instant like, "apple32", "macworkshop" or "macintosh79" an legal issue? If so how can I get names like that?

Just host your website in a Third-World country. 
Or, if that isn't an option, then I think if there isn't a connection between the computer company or the music company and you, Apple is a fine name. It is a fruit, too, which can be the basis of a legal defense if need be.
