The second article regarding windows 10, is about The Internet of Things (IoT) and how makers can opt out of automatic updates, its not an article about windows 10 having lots of security nightmares since the article isn't about PCs.

As for the first, yes the bloatware can and is a problem, though a simple solution exists, uninstall it. Dell already stated they're going to fix the issue.
