I usually use a lens pen to remove dust, which is typically the only thing I need to do. I have a bottle of something or other for those rare occasions when I need to do more - I put the liquid on a microfiber cloth in that case.

I use a Zeiss microfiber cloth. They're kinda expensive and you have to order them usually (most local camera stores don't have them, at least in Seattle) but they're so much nicer than your average microfiber.

For Filters and Lenses I just use a Lens pen, Rocket blower and a Lens cloth, between them they usually shift any crap ;)
