Leopard free upgrade if MBP received 14 days before release

I just got the apple tech online and because i had to return my MBP for exchange i have asked for free leopard upgrade when it goes out...He told me that if i receive my MBP whithin 14 days before Leopard release i am eligible for free upgrade...

Just wanted to share...so as an example if Leopard goes out Oct 15th and you get your MBP latest Oct 1st you may ask for a free upgrade...

Just wanted to share...maybe the genius was just trying to calm me down as i was mad with the defect

this is standerd......because they dont want you to return your item and get the free leopard, been this way forever
