Probably just keep the old ones but new ones will be coming shortly after if they don't upgrade them with Leopard.
Black makes a lot of money for Apple. Doubt if they wll drop it.

The MacBooks were updated on May 15, 2007. Expect updates to the MacBook at MacWorld 2008 at least.
They probably will keep the ones today and install Leopard on them.
