Hi,
I just ordered the Leopard upgrade via up-to-date because of my recent MBP purchase. I know this has been talked about (but i can't find the discussion or a definitive answer) but does anyone know whether leopard will be SHIPPED on the 26th or DELIVERED on the 26th? The information on different pages on apple.com seems to be inconsistent. Some places it says ships by the 26th and some it says delivered.
Thanks!

the only people that have the definitive answer work for fedex. Apple says on the shipping form however, that it will be delivered on oct 26.

I have two different orders for Leopard in. One is at full-price for my year-old MBP, the other is an up-to-date for my soon-to-be-delivered iMac.

The full-price order says: MAC OS X 10.5 RETAIL-INT
Ships by: DELIVERS ON OCTOBER 26TH

The uo-to-date order says: MAC OS X 10.5 UTD FULFILLMENT-INT
Ships by: OCTOBER 26TH

So, I suppose it will go either way. My guess is that Apple is giving first priority to those who bought the full-price pre-orders.

In case of resource conflicts, that's the most reasonable thing to do.
