Leopard Themes

I had downloaded a theme ....called ..."Aqua Extreme" ... and it looks pretty good...

It was just an installer and nothing to do with Shapeshifter... or Magnifique... or other theme programs

I have searched google.. and links point towards programs ... and most of those programs dont even work... anymore

Are there any more themes that run independent of any programs.. ?
Please name a few ... thanks

Magnifique should still work on Leopard, just not on SL or Lion.
