Are you migrating all your PDF's to the books section in iTunes (& hence your iDevice) or merely dragging one or two PDFs since the latest update?
It sucks we need an iDevice to read out purchased eBooks from the iBookstore, seeing as we purchased it, we should be allowed to read it on our Macs too.
iTunes houses all my movies, all my music, all my TV shows, podcasts, iTunes U stuff...why shouldn't it house my PDF documents too...?
It obviously can but there doesn't seem to be a structure there. All PDFs and books are just placed together in one spot..
