LG 34 Curve Monitor with Mac Mini 2012

Hi, I have a 2012 mac mini. I hooked it up with the LG Curve 34 inches monitor. However, I am only getting the 2440 resolution. But my 2011 13 inch MBP is able to drive the max 3440x1440 resolution of the monitor.. thoughts?

I think the Thunderbolt port on this only goes up to 1440P resolution? At least my mid-2012 did.

Out of curiosity, which curved monitor do you have?

I have an LG OLED curved TV and it looks amazing.

If you have a Time Machine backup with your Mavericks install, you can replace the relevant driver with the corresponding Mavericks version to get the full resolution back (via DisplayPort and at 50Hz as before).
