Same here. Have you had Bluetooth drop outs with your mouse as well? What is your plan? Are you going to wait and hope for a firmware update?Yep (via a dock as well). Unplugging and plugging back in again solves it.
I experience the same with a new LG 5K running off an M1 mini. It’s pretty rare. I restart the machine to be rid of it. I haven’t tried unplugging and re-plugging. Guess we should at least report it, as the monitor’s sold through Apple as a compatible item. It’s been so rare for me, it hasn’t bothered me enough to get that done but I’ll do so now.Is anyone else using an M1 MBP with the LG 5k display and experiencing these lines every now and then?
Are you running Big Sur? Did this happen with Catalina as well? Not just M1, this happens sometimes with my Intel MBP.
With Big Sur or Catalina as well?I have an Intel 13" MBP and have had that a couple times also, so I don't think it is limited to M1 Macs.
Yeah also having regular Bluetooth , mainly with the mouse but also keyboard sometimes as well. Annoying but I’m hoping a fix will come soonSame here. Have you had Bluetooth drop outs with your mouse as well? What is your plan? Are you going to wait and hope for a firmware update?
I know it happened with Catalina, but now that you mention it, I'm not sure it has happened since I upgraded to Big Sur.With Big Sur or Catalina as well?
Same.Since I installed 11.5.1 on my M1 Mac mini, I have not seen the pixel shift problem.
What are other people's experience?
I'd been getting it once or twice a week--putting the LG 5K screen to sleep for two seconds cured it. But now that you mention it, I haven't seen the pixel shift since 11.5.1 arrived.Since I installed 11.5.1 on my M1 Mac mini, I have not seen the pixel shift problem.

How long do you want to wait?PLEASE let us know if it comes back. If it’s fixed I would seriously consider buying one for my MBP!
