Hoping someone can help me
I’ve installed a new LG 5K on a brand new humanscale M2.1 arm. I've been able to adjust the tension so up and down is working fine, but the monitor seems waay too heavy on its right hand side, it won’t stay straight at all unless I hold it. Tried the hex keys on each screw that can be adjusted but no luck yet. Any thoughts?? I've searched all over online but can't seem to find anyone who has this issue with any monitor arm. This one is rated for 7kg's and the LG is less than that. Video and pics attached to better describe the issue. Thanks!!
