LG or SAMSUNG - did we figure out serial # match?

Did anyone find out a way to tell if your 15" SR MBP...

Has an LG or a SAMSUNG screen before ordering???

By the A or B part of the serial number???

Anything???

I don't think you can tell without booting the system and checking the ColorSync profile.
