Gorgeous. Unfortunately at below 1/4 brightness level, the label LG QNED Mini led at top right was glowing so brightly and thus the blooming was very bad in the top right corner of my iPad screen on full screen.. Sadly it distracted me from the rest of the video when it had dark areas. Taking a screenshot doesnt show that at all tho so I’m glad I’m getting it checked out on Saturday..

All of you complaining about blooming must have some amazing bionic vision as I don’t see any issues with the display.

Well, as LFC2020 mentioned to me, I may have sensitive eyes when it comes to bright areas resulting in my seeing blooming, and I think he may be right.. However, doing a hard factory reset, seems to have cleared some glitching of multiple iPadOS updates possible incompatibility resulting in larger blooming which is now much less noticeable for me. Especially at lower brightness level. Very bright light is still quite obvious. I’m much happier with my iPad now and I look forward to 5-7 years of use on this iPad! And I tell you, I am watching some amazingly clear incredible 4K/8k videos on YouTube that has me just staring at the screen. ??
