I got my replacement for a SR MBP with heavy yellowing a couple of weeks ago (Samsung screen). This time I got a LG screen which, altought not perfect, seemed very good at first. But now, on closer inspection with the help of the test images posted in another thread I noticed that the backlight is much brighter in the bottom half of the screen. It also got a sliiight yellowing going on in that part, but nothing i can't live with. It's the uneven backlight that bothers me the most. Have anyone else with an LG screen noticed any problems of this type (like uneven backlighting)?

It's going to be brighter at the bottom since this is where the illumination source is for the screen. View your screen in the dark and you will see what I mean. You should not really be able to notice it with the lights on though.
