Will the new LG 5K display work with a Mac Pro 5,1 with two ATI 5770 Video Cards installed? I currently have 3 NEC Monitors attached and I am looking at swapping out one of them if this monitor will connect and work? Not sure if the Thunderbolt can be transitioned to work with one of my video cards?

No. No chance at all. Sorry. The new LG display(s) such as those shown today on macrumors ought to work, though.

Maybe but with some missing features. See #1832
I don't think the 5770 has sufficient capabilities. You need a graphics card that supports two streams of DisplayPort 1.2 2560 x 2880 @ 60Hz. The 5770 only supports 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz.
