Received my silver/black Urbane today. Not long back home so these are just a few shots for now whilst it syncs and charges. Still has the stickies on in case I need to return it.

Similar in size to an Ecodrive I have, and I prefer the look to the 360 (lugs and strap for a more traditional appearance). I have skinny wrists (165mm) so most watches look large. Looks like I'll wear it on the third smallest hole.

Charger is a small magnetic affair so not as elegant as the 360 which could be a night stand.

Other than that, I'll see how it goes over the next few hours and days after initial set up.

What version of Android Wear is it running? And how does the weight feel? I find it hard to believe that the entire watch and band weights only 6 g more than just the Moto 360 case and 35 g less than the smaller 42mm Apple Watch with a sport band.

Had a System update straight out of the box so didn't see the prior version. Post update it's now at 1.1.1.1864693 and Android OS 5.1.1

The weight feels fine - not overly heavy at all. I did have a 360 for a week and have had a 'try on' AW appointment but don't remember any being too heavy.

Must say the flick away/towards works well and the always-on watch (albeit slightly simplified) face is a must for me.

Just depends how the battery holds up but I won't really know until the weekend as I have to power off my phone at work for security reasons so it'll be a non-smart watch 9-5.

Any idea if 5.1.1 is the version that activates wifi?

Very nice looking but I dont think that much nicer than a 360 at $179.

I am still leaning towards grabbing a 360 but am being very hesitant to know if I really need a smart watch or will it be another case of tech ADD. :)

Just bought mine today via Moto Maker.
Will be adding quick release lug/band extender that makes the watch look more normal than a hockey puck on top of a band and a 22mm black Milanese Loop (not magnetic like AppleWatch though.) Additional cost is approx $60 - $65 for both.

I'm assuming so (the update I got) as the wrist gestures are there as is a WiFi settings where I can choose my home wifi connection.

360 is still a good buy for sure. Personally, I thought the 'flat tyre' wouldn't bother me but it did, much more than I expected (ruins the look), so I sold it.

v2 looks to solve that so maybe wait and see? Useless advice in the tech world where things move so fast...I know.

Dont tempt me lol

I thought I'd go cheap and just get the dark brown leather band as I like the casual look of that one and then convert to a different band later if I really wanted to snazz it up.

I just cant decide between the black or silver metal for the case.

Very nice. I still think the aluminum bezel is way too thick, but it doesn't look too terrible in your pics. I'm curious to see it with a metal band.

I liked the black. It has just a hint of champagne gold on the home button. Very elegant look imo.

I really like the cognac and silver combo but I wear a suit and tie everyday to work and wonder if it will look a little too casual for everyday wear with that combo.

Sorry if we are highjacking the OP thread with 360 talk. :)

It does look big on your wrist but it looks nice . I like the leather band. Cant stand the expandable ones. I dont like to wear a watch but id get one like yours if i did.

Anyone who thinks that doesn't look great is crazy.

Nice one, OP. Let us know how it goes.

I had a G Watch R for a week or so, loved a lot about it.

Get the lugs here (backordered for the 360 right now for a couple weeks):

I see you got a Moto, woo hoo!

I just got in a link bracelet dirt cheap from China and put it on mine. Also got a black Milanese and a black link for my LGWR.

Btw, for anyone getting a link bracelet, I recommend a watch repair kit to help with removing links. Even something like this from Amazon is fine:

Yep. Looking forward to getting the lugs and milanese loop to ensure I don't run into the whole 'cracking' issue. Plus, the lugs allow me to chage bands quickly. Leather band for exercise and milanese loop for the rest of the day.

Curious to see if my arm tattoo will interfere with the heartrate sensor. I happen to have black ink dead center of my left arm.

Quick update on battery life: although it was a shorter day (phone switched off for 4 hours for to work policy), I still had 67% left when I got back home in the evening.

Brightness on full and the watch was always on to glance at during the day.

I can see people easily getting a day if not more. I think I'll easily make 2 days on a charge.
