Hi LG34WK95U owners,
we all been through hard times with this nice display on Apple devices - especially on Apple Silicone.
On My M1 Max MacBook Pro things went quite well so far. I'm connecting the display through a Sonnetech TB4 Hub which always worked great. Got some LowRes after Sleep a few times but that could always be fixed easily by reconnecting the display.
This time it's different. Since waking up the MBP and the display this morning it got into LowDPI. Not sure what exactly happened at all but also macOS switched back the MBP as primary display and the LG34WK95U as extended display which I always had set the other way around. Never seen this happen.
Now whatever I do I can't seem to get it working again. I rebooted, reconnected, powered off everything, set DP mode to 1.4, 1.1 and back to 1.2 (which always was the mode that worked fine reliably) but nothing seems to get it back now.
Did anyone see similar things happening recently? I think the update to macOS 12.4 wasn't very long ago but definitely not yesterday and it worked fine until last night.
To be clear: It's not about setting the right scaling (which has been an issue in the past with basic M1 chips but the display itself is recognized by macOS with only 3440x1440 instead of its native resolution).
Thanks in advance for your help!
