I have a stainless steel 42 MM Apple Watch, with the Milanese loop. I ordered an extra light brown leather loop watchband as a pre-order on 4/10 and it finally arrived. The Milanese loop is super sharp and eye-catching. However, I found it slightly uncomfortable. Not very uncomfortable by any means, but i'm not very used to having a metal band. My arm hair sometimes got caught somehow in the loop and caused a little pinch.

This leather loop is exactly the right color for me, and it is extremely comfortable. The leather feels very light on the skin. The magnets offer a fit as precise as the Milanese loop. I think I'll be using this as my primary watch band. Although some might find this odd, I will probably use the Milanese loop when I'm doing some activities that could cause scratches, because the metal won't get scratched easily whereas the leather could.

Looks good! I'm happy for you. This only means we're closer to everyone getting their bands sent to them.

BTW...you are either in my lawyers office or you've got some high end furniture and rugs. Lol

Are those creases in the leather printed (stamped) on?

Maybe that is your lawyer.

I'm waiting for a sport silver. Debating on getting the Milanese or leather loop. Wonder how that would look.

I am a lawyer, so I'm glad my rug and furniture are so stereotypical. That's funny.

The creases don't seem stamped or printed, they seem like they are normal leather textures, but I'm not too familiar with leather techniques.

----------

What size is the band?

I went with the medium size and it fits well for me.

Looks like a perfect fit. What's the measurement for your wrist circumference?

OP, those are some great photos and a sharp looking watch! Than you for posting them.

Would you mind sharing with us your wrist size and the which size band you're using? It seems there are some issues with leather loop sizing and after seeing your pics, knowing the size of your wrist and the size of the band would be beneficial to us. Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure about the proper way to measure your wrist, but I tied a string around until it met the other side, and then measured that. It was right at 17.5 cm or 175 mm. There is plenty of extra room for my wrist, but I also like to take it off without opening the loop all the way. For that purpose, I have just enough room to open the loop and slide my wrist out without having to re-insert the loop every time. Hope that helps.

Not a style expert, this is my personal opinion.

Return the band and get something else. The pictures may be off on my screen, but what im seeing is a barf greyish color leather and the texture makes it look like is it broken or fake, the texture is horrendous, would not have believed in a million years that that is an apple band. Also it doesn't complement the watch very well.

Nah, in reality it doesn't look or feel cheap, or grayish. (Do you barf in a grayish color? What are you eating?)

The picture in low light is causing this. I've got my brown loop in too and it looks very different IRL. In good lighting and outdoors, it looks like a light brown and the leather is just straight pimpin.

Here's an extra pic, but this was semi low light as well.

Nice, still waiting for my SS watch with the Stone LL. I'm glad I finally get to see a real life photo of the band. The closest I had seen so far was it being blurred in the background of someone trying on the Blue LL.

You photo confirms my decision of choosing that band. #

Nice pics, I ordered a medium leather loop as the large loop had the other end of the band sticking out almost or did stick up if I tightened it enough. What size did you order?

Mine is Medium. From what I understand, a large is really really large. My wrist is 175 mm and one half plenty of extra room.

Hope you get yours soon! Yeah, we got some furniture from my wife's grandma, and it really gives my office that lawyer look.
