Lightning Splitter

Trying to find a splitter that would ideally have three ports to allow me to charge my iPhone/iPad while also plugging in two 3.5mm pairs of headphones to use while flying with my wife. Any suggestions? Amazon seems to have many options but they all seem cheap and unreliable based upon reviews. Thanks
