Is there any strong rumors about lightpeak tech in the next refresh of iMacs? And also sandybridge is that a definite for the next refresh too?

According to various dozens of threads, Sandy Bridge is most likely to find its way into the Mac line, but rumours regarding Lightpeak are still conflicting (2011 or 2012).

Intel said in IDF 2010 that we'll see computer with Light Peak in 2012. Unlikely that we'll see it in the next update because of that.

Sandy Bridge is likely but when it comes to Apple, nothing is sure.

Thanks Hell. The reason I ask is I am looking to upgrade soon (not desperate) and I only want to upgrade when the new tech is released to make sure I am semi future proof for the next 5-7 years
