Adobe announced today the release of Lightroom 5.4, which in addition to the typical bug fixes, new camera support and new lens profiles, includes an exciting new feature — the ability to easily sync collections of photos to your iPad, where you can work on them and then have your work automatically sync back to Lightroom on your desktop. You can also view your synced collections of photos on private pages on the web at lightroom.adobe.com, and share them with others by providing them with the collection URL.

Support for the X-T1 included.

Added Camera Matching color profiles (PROVIA/STANDARD, Velvia/VIVID, ASTIA/SOFT, MONOCHROME, etc.) for the following Fujifilm cameras:

Fujifilm X-A1
Fujifilm X-E1
Fujifilm X-E2
Fujifilm X-M1
Fujifilm X-S1
Fujifilm X-T1
Fujifilm X-Pro1
Fujifilm X10
Fujifilm X20
Fujifilm XF1
Fujifilm XQ1
Fujifilm X100
Fujifilm X100S

Lens profile for X100S added as well.

Ugh - LETS GO APPLE! Aperture 4? iPad?

It is getting so hard not to switch... If I can convince myself to abandon Photo Streams and go all Flickr - then i guess I am gone too... The iPad app looks great!

Sounds promising. Let's see how it compares to other software that does well with Fuji RAW (RAF) files such as -

SilkyPix
Irridient
Capture One
Photo Ninja

The last straw for me was when Aperture didn't support X-E2 RAW files until 6 months after the camera came out. Unacceptable. Not professional. Further solidifies my thoughts on Apple not giving a hoot about pro/serious amateur users anymore. Luckily, there are alternatives, who's bread and butter rely on supporting tools that deliver image processing.

I never had an issue with LR rendering Fuji RAW. I think alot of it is just internet debating nonsense and no one actually taking pictures.

Edit: Side note: I wasn't aware Fuji had so many dang X cameras. I hope they don't become the Samsung of digital cameras.

What are you using Photostream for?

You may want to consider Flickr + an app called Flickering; Dropbox + Unbound.
