FWIW, Best Buy is blowing out Monowear bands for $10. Despite iffy reviews, I ordered a leather one on the lark, and will return it if it turns out to be total junk.

And if you order 3 or more they're only $7.49 each, although the website wasn't correctly adjusting the price. I was able to call in and get a price adjustment though.

Got the black one. I'm sure I'll be disappointed with it, but decided to give it try for $10. Already spent $280 this week on bands alone. I need help :)

I picked up the black leather for my nike watch coming in tomorrow. if it's junk i can return.

Picked one of the brown ones up earlier today at the $10 price. They're... ok. Nothing to write home about, that's for sure. The leather feels kinda cheap and already has wear marks from where the band meets together and from moving around my desk throughout the day at work. The adapter itself is super nice though. Probably one of the best fitting adapters I've come across. They snap right into the watch, no overhang, no gaps or anything.

Mine is going back.

It's probably acceptable for a $20 band, but I wouldn't pay anywhere near the $80 original price, or even the $40 sale price.

But in my case in particular, I'm not going to keep it because whomever tore open the package while it was on the store shelf just haphazardly shoved it back in the package and creased one of the keepers.

Knowing how the store items are treated, I specifically didn't order it for pickup, hoping that I'd get an unmolested example from one of there warehouses. Instead, they just picked it off the shelf at the local store and sent one of those.

I considered keeping and it salvaging the lug adapters (which are pretty nice) and pvd buckle to have on hand, but I just want to wash my hands of it. Oh well.

I jut started looking at those bands. Talk about pricey!
Then again, it's not like I even need another band. I need to stop spending :)

My $10 black band arrived today. It doesn't look too bad so I think I'm keeping it. If it was more than $10 I would've returned it.

I picked up a brown leather band for myself and a beige leather one for my girlfriend. Very happy with the quality, particularly since I got them for only $7.49 each. They're not as nice as the Apple classic buckle obviously, but they were a steal at that super low price.

I nabbed the black link band and the brown leather band for 10 each! They aren't my favorite styles, but the link bracelet is well made for 10.
