Lil Help Guys (Music Is Acting Up After iOS 5 Update)

ok after my update i had no problems playing music, until the other day.

Only SOME of my music is playing on my iPhone now, the ones that don't play either stay STUCK at 00:00 or they jump like 5 tracks ahead and either play that song or that song is also stuck at 00:00

I'm don't a hard and soft resent, NOTHING

I re-syned via USB to my computer, NOTHING

I really don't want to restore

I would connect the iPhone to the computer and do the following in iTunes:

(1) Click on manually manage music and hit apply.
(2) Delete all music off the phone
(3) Unclick manually manage music.
(4) Apply and re-sync.
