Hello,

Can someone please give me a bit of advice? My limewire app just bounces in the dock for between 3 and 6 times and then stops. it will not open.

was working fine yesterday.

i have removed security update 2005-002 and update 10.3.9 jave, but it still will not work.

I don't have LimeWire but do a quick search for LimeWire and PLIST to find the preference file(s). If they end in PLIST, that means they can pretty safely be removed from the folder you find them in (while the app is closed) such that when you reopen LimeWire, new default versions will be created.

This will reset your preferences in LimeWire to their defaults which may be annoying so if this doesn't solve your issues then close LimeWire and put the original PLIST files back where you found them, replacing the new versions. This should put things back to how they are now.
