Limited Memory configs for M4 MacBooks

I was debating between a MacMini and a MacBook and noticed that the M4-Pro can't be configured with 64GB of memory like the MacMini can. On the M4-Max it's even weirder as the binned version of the M3-Max doesn't allow configuring higher memory.

The MacMini with either the binned M4-Pro or full M4-Pro supports 64GB.
