As seen in a lot of iPod applications, there is a gray background with thin blue lines going through it. It is seen in the back of UITableView. It is also the background of iTunes. I was wondering how to set that as the background without making a table view. Any advice is appreciated!

You can set the background color to "groupTableViewBackgroundColor", it works on the iPhone 3.0 SDK only. It'll give you the stripped background.

The docs say for me "Available in iPhone OS 2.0 and later." and it shows up on the 2.2 header file.

I can't find it
When I click colors, it shows me the palette.
