iPad Pro line of dead pixels iPad Pro, any remedy?

Started last night. See tab key ——- all the way across.

Any remedies?

I’m afraid it’s hardware as when I take a screenshot, the dead line of pixels do not show up.

No visible damage to screen.
Screen protector installed.

Yes it does persist when changing the orientation.

This is interesting: when I went to watch the most recent episode of The Accolade, the black line completely went away, and afterwards the line was gone for about 30 minutes. Shortly thereafter, popped up, and then was gone again!

Gremlins!

Odd & now unpredictable, my favorite type of computer issue. 🫣

I would try a factory reset and restore from backup. Maybe something in the OS got corrupted.

Wanted to wait until the new iPadOS comes out, but a DFU this weekend will need to be tried/completed.
