I have a personal iPhone and a work one - am wondering if there will be a way to use the watch with both devices or whether I will have to choose one - and if I do that if I can easily change it back and forth.

Any ideas?

I seriously doubt you'll be able to pair with 2 phones. At the very least you'll have to disconnect the BT connection with the phone you no longer want to use and have that phone 'forget' the device. Then you'll have to re-pair (from a Bluetooth perspective) to the phone you want. Then there's application sync-ing that will be on top of that we don't know about yet.

Just buy a second Watch. Apple never really go into the whole "sharing" thing. That's why you can't do multiple profiles on a device either.
