I'm definitely going to buy one of these, I've wanted a cheap ultra-portable for a long time and this sure beats buying an old crap laptop. I'll probably replace their flavour of Linux with Ubuntu.

I have absolutely no need for one, but it is a great idea.

Me neither, but I want one anyway! So much nicer to carry around than a huge notebook especially just for word processing.. i'd assume.

It looks really good but are Rm going to add their own styling to it and it is actually £199 and £234 for the higher model.

honestly, if open to 3rd party develeopers, the iPhone can do everything this thing can.

Well, no, it couldn't. OK, maybe in THEORY you could run word-processor, spreadsheet etc. on the iPhone, but would it still be comparable to a real computer?
