Lion Server iCal issues

Hi All,
This is my first time setting up an OSX server so I apologize if my questions are silly for this place.
We want to set up an iCal server for our lab where we can have calendars for different Resources (such as instruments) and Places (such as meeting rooms etc. ) The problem is that even after creating these resources and places on the iCal server, we do not see it in any user calendars on their Macs. Is there something that we are missing?
Also, we have a lab of 8 people for whom I have created user ids on the server. How do I get them to use iChat internally through the server?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

How are these users being manage; through Workgroup Manager? Can you give more details into the environment you are in and how users interact (OD, AD, Novell, none, etc.)

Hi Guys,

Thank you Mattie Num Nums and ErikHvk for your interest in my query. So after Mattie's questions I read a bit into server administration. Sorry for this, but I still do not get any head or tail of the questions that you asked. I have these users configured in the Server-> Users option. Is there a step by step procedure to set up a calendar accessible to anyone with a uid/password on the server?
We have a wiki and there is a calendar on wiki for each user. However, I have not been able to figure out on how to share those calendars also.

Please help me out with this. Research work and on top of this the server setup is just making life hard. Thanks a lot for your help.
