Lion users with SSD Mac's - "Resume" "Versions" features

Resume
Now apps you close will reopen right where you left off, so you never have to start from scratch again. And when you install software updates, you no longer need to save your work, close your apps, and spend valuable time setting everything up again. With Resume, you can restart your Mac and return to what you were doing — with all your apps in the exact places you left them.

Versions
Versions is a new feature that charts the history of your documents, taking snapshots in time, and displaying them side by side with the latest versions in an easily browsable timeline. You can review the past iterations of your compositions, restore a previous version, or copy and paste from old versions to new ones.

Both feature saves lots of data to Hard Drives. Maybe Versions have small amount of data but Resume feature saves everything open to the hard drive just like in a Windows. No power, resume whenever where ever you stop.

What I think that those features will reduce health of SSD?

Resume feature saves everything open to the hard drive

It can only save what's in your RAM - which is generally 4GB or 8GB, not that much space. Everything that isn't in your RAM is already on your hard drive, in Virtual Memory anyway. Your Mac already does that in Snow Leopard, it's called Sleep Image, and it's a giant file that stores all your RAM when you put your computer to sleep. Resume is the same thing, but it doesn't store the OS (so that rebooting will refresh the OS), which makes the file even smaller.

So we don't need to worry about it :)

I'm worried about the lack of trim support for my intel 320 ssd without hacking the o.s. That combined with small writes and lazy garbage collection make me wonder about the long term performance.

Also Safari caches are like that :( Any way to disable cache
