For those that have upgraded to Mountain Lion from Lion are you sorry you made the change? and why?

For those that made the same upgrade and are happier with Mountain Lion, what are the pluses/ improvements you have noticed?

I'm in the "holding camp" as well. Sticking with Lion but considering Mountain Lion.

Maybe we will get some responses soon. :D

It's my understanding that Mountain Lion is better than Lion as in Leopard/Snow Leopard. I'm still on 10.6.8 over here and pretty cozy.

IMHO ML 10.8.2 is VASTLY superior to Lion. All sorts of improvements, added support (like PC GPU's) and some SL like reversions to the interface. My wife is begging me to install ML on her MBA that came with Lion. I also have an MBA and iMac still on SL and am now comfortable enough to go with ML on all of them. I liked Win XP a lot, hated Vista, and now like Win 7. Same thing here. Liked SL, hated Lion, love ML.

Lion was kind of transition system. Snow was the perfected version of Leopard without the PPC balast but still capable of running PPC software (they just needed a 2Mb app for that! amazing!) and with the cleanest ever looks and it is the purest OSX. Mountain Lion is a perfection of the iOS/OSX/Cloud integration route started with Lion. So either run Snow or Mountain Lion.

i prefer ML... despite some minor annoyances that apple referes to as "improvements".

I upgraded to Mountain Lion for basically one reason: it allowed me to upgrade to a GTX 680. I've barely noticed any difference over Lion, but then again I barely noticed any difference over Snow Leopard when I switched to Lion.
