Hi!

I am preparing to wipe my iPhone clean for a full restore. Unfortunately, my iTunes library on my Mac includes all of my tunes not just the music I have on my iPhone. Thus, when it is time to upload my music again, it is not as simple as copying my Mac i Tunes folder onto my iPhone.

I want to make sure that only the music that was on my iPhone originally goes back on. So, is there an app that allows me to see a complete list of all artists, albums, etc. on my iPhone?

Thanks!
Robert J.

How did you pick which songs went on there in the first place?

You don't use any playlists?

I just transfer the albums I have on my Mac onto the iPhone. Sometimes when traveling I transfer directly to the iPhone from a friends' computer (though most times I take by EHD.

I like the playlist idea...thanks! So, the next step would be to create a playlist manually in iTunes?

When you do your restore, are you going to set up your iPhone as a new phone? If not, then your iPhone will re-sync to it's latest backup and everything will be as before.
