List of recommended RAM for Mac Mini i7

I was hoping people could post a list of reliable brands of memory since there is so much contradicting info.

Specifically for Mac Mini i7. Recommended latency and other specs & do/don'ts for those of us who don't really know.

I'm in Japan and without ordering from overseas the brands here seem a bit rare. Found only in the UK or north American stores like NewEgg with no reviews because no one has heard of the brands.

For example. Amazon Japan - Silicon Power modules

Also found at NewEgg.

Do you think I should buy this brand on Amazon Japan and go for it? Good thing about Amazon is they return anything.
