Hi everyone,

Here I wanted everyone to share their most beloved apple App Store gems iPhone and iPad apps that not very many people know about but are very useful to have. These are apps that may not be in the top 100 list so are difficult to discover.

Thanks
Shawn

I'm a big fan of Pepperplate - it's more of a website that has iPhone and Android apps, but it's a real nice way to organize my recipe file and, more importantly, always be able to access it no matter where I am.

ActionsApp for iPad. You can create set-lists of shortcuts for programmes on your Mac - and an IAP can see you open Flows, which is a very powerful Workflow 'constructor'. I use it every day - reduces those highly highly repetitive tasks, to a few taps.

It's kind of like allowing someone with zero Applescript skills/knowledge, set things up as if they were a scripting/automator guru. You honestly are only limited by your own imagination as to what is possible!

FlightBoard (I'm a pilot)

Weather Underground (Best weather app, live in Chicago, weather is different on the lake opposed to at Ohare which is what other apps report)

iCatcher (Best podcast app around, frequently updated too)

Reeder (RSS)

Tweetbot (Twitter)

ooTunes (listen to my radio stations from back in Detroit)

1password (have it on my pc/mac/iphone/ipad, syncs all with dropbox)
