Hi All!
I have just understood that Liteicon, the last piece of customization software has pulled the plug and is gone for good as it will not update its software to work with Big Sur.
Any of you guy out there does know any alternative to Liteicon or any workaround to change system icons?
Many thanks for your help.

I shouldn't have "upgraded" (???) from Catalina!!!!!

i miss liteicon too, i've always customized as much as i could. so... end of an era (at least, for now). but what i'm finding is... my focus is now more on what i do on my mac; the apps i use, the web, email, etc... & i don't spend any time stressing over icons, etc.

anyway, just a thought: what the OS does, how it works for us, our apps.. is far more important than the icons for those apps, folders, etc. we spend time in safari, for example, as opposed to time staring at it's icon....

on the land line mr. smith.
Meh. 🤷‍♂️

I move between so many machines, customization becomes an endless swamp to get stuck in. Many years ago...yeah, I did some moderate tweaks. But I quit and life has been so much easier. I still have a few custom icons for specific drives, volumes, or folders, but I have been doing that manually forever...and it is no worse (or better) on 11 than 10.
