Little help in deciding

Hello.
My first Assignment for my photo class is due tomarrow. I have to turn in three pictures. The one I'm stuck on needs to have water element in it. I tried to take a different approach. Whether it turned out effective or not doesnt matter anymore p ) I'm just tierd and wana sleep with my homework done.

Which one is more appealing? They both need be to cropped for better composition.

Bummer is that I didn't realize my ISO shoulde be under 200 for these photos.
I just took some of another object with a lower iso and a lower shutter speed and had awesome results. Oh well, part of learning.
