I've been using the Apple Magic mouse with my MBP, and I've had no issues with the mouse skipping or lagging. Logitech may need to issue a driver/firmware update to resolve that issue. Also, make sure you're running the current version of Big Sur, as 11.2 addressed several bluetooth-related issues.

are you using the logitech unifying receiver? I experience the same with a different model of logitech mouse.

If you have iStat installed, try uninstalling it.

Posting my answer from a different thread: I was suffering from the same lag problem for the last few months on my M1, MBP. Worst of all, unlike others, I'm using just a wired Logitech USB mouse(G402). The lag has completely stopped for the past few days and it's completely butter smooth now. So here's what I did, I tried everything from installing Logitech softwares to what not. Then I decided to change the USB port, and I connected my USB hub to the second port in which I used to charge, and the lag vanished just like that. When I connected my HUB back to the previous port, the lag appeared again. So try connecting your hub/mouse to the other USB port in your Mac and see whether the issue persists!
