little loading spiral on phone app

does anyone know how to get rid of this? i have no idea what it is, its in the bottom left hand corner and it just showed up after i updated a couple of things in cydia cus its been awhile since ive opened it. i think i saw this in another thread but i have no idea where it is. any help would be great, thanks!

You're using Backgrounder. With the latest version you can turn off the badge on stock apps with built-in backgrounding.
Backgrounder > Global >...
