Hey guys,

I'm thinking of getting a macbook pro tomorrow. However, today I tried to figure out how to get my outlook emails on a mac. The best advice I found was: littlemachines.com, there is even a link from the official apple website.

Only problem is: THE SITE IS DOWN!?!

Any idea why? Does the firm still exist?

Thanks in advance for any info, or for any alternatives to littlemachines.com,

Helio

really? It's still down for me!? Could you post a link?
Where do you access the site from? I'm in Europe...

ok then, although I don't understand why, it seems that I can't access the site from my location.

Can anyone provide me with a contact email address, so I can send them a mail and figure out how I could get the program?

Littlemachines.com down!?

I am experiencing the same problem... I have tried accessing the website with Firefox 3, IE7 and Safari, but unable to connect. I have tried switching off ESET firewall, but this has no effect. Anyone have any ideas as to the problem?

Depends on Network Access?!

Hey Don Quijote,

I realized that the site works fine from my location as long as I access it through a different network. Although my internet connection from home is fairly fast in general, I can't access the site from home. I find this very curious, how could I not access a specific site?

Best,

Helio

no access from Berlin

I also try to access Little Machines since Christmas here from Berlin. No way. http://www.littlemachines.com is not reachable.

Just wanted to start the new year with my macpro - but it is not possible without the proper transfer of all my outlook data (mail/Calendar/contacts)

Today I tried the evaluation copy of "MessageSave for Microsoft Outlook" http://www.techhit.com/messagesave/
Result: mail seems to work fine / calendar can't be tested , because ev-copy only allows 50 items, which are birthday alarms... - and they won't be displayed in ICal after transfer / contacts are useless, because all german "umlaute" (ä,ü,ö) will be destroyed through the transfer-process...

It's really a miracle with littlemachines. Only access through some countries or even provider within countries?? How could that be?? Even Nameservers couldn't fail for such a long time...

Really weird !
Same problem here, trying to log from Geneva, Switzerland. I can't reach the website.
My sister in London, can do it, no problem !
HELP !!!
I have found that : http://www.download.com/Outlook2Mac/3000-2367_4-31703.html?tag=mncol;lst&cdlPid=541590
and http://www.techhit.com/outlook/export_import_outlook_mac.html?s=g&gclid=CNeRy6Hs_5cCFcQH3wodfEagCQ
I will try to get it from another site... don't know if it will work though...
I have been able to download it from http://www.brothersoft.com/outlook2mac-download-71240.html !!! Yeah ! But I cannot pay it since I still have to log to their website to buy it... really weird ! No contact information either, so I am stuck there !

Ok, I have been able to do it !
Here's how :
-I downloaded the programm on brothersoft (see link above)
- I called my sister in London, gave her my credit card number, she filled the stuff for me and gave me the key.
It worked !

Apparently, some countries have a restraining policy to some website... Switzerland and Germany, I guess :-(
I know that in Switzerland, we cannot access m6.replay.fr because of copyrights.
Hope this help, I am sure you have a friend somewhere who can do the same with you !

Access to Littlemachines website

Following mpzebulon's advice I asked my daughter in UK to contact Littlemachines and explain situation - which she did - and now their website available... in Spain, at least!

Have downloaded and paid for program without problem - using IE7 (as they request).

Good luck guys! :)

Cool !
It is still not working from Switzerland ! And I have tried to send them an e-mail which was undelivered (probably due to the same problem)... if anyone could tell them...
Anyways, it worked and I am happy to have helped !
