Live audio broadcasting

I'm looking for a solution for doing live audio-only broadcasts, either web-based or via some downloadable software, though I guess I would prefer web-based. I've looked into Skypecasts, but they only work in Windows and it doesn't appear (so far) to work under VMWare Fusion properly. Is there another option available, that I could set up and have working by Sunday (with time in there to test the system and confirm that it works properly too, that's important)?

http://ustream.tv/ seems like a good way to go, was used to live audio feed wwdc 2007 with mediocre results, so there servers must be fairly tuff.

or

http://www.blogtv.com/ is an option, and theres a few sites like it. (no safari support here though).
