How do you guys tag a live concert in :apple:TV? For example, I have Nirvana Unplugged, and I'm not sure whether to create individual MP4s for each song and tag each as a Music Video, or rip the whole thing as a movie with chapters.

It would be nice to be able to access each song individually as music video, but since music video playlists aren't supported, I don't think I could watch the whole concert without having to select each song after the one before it ends.

As a movie, you lose the ability to know which song is with each chapter, so it would be hard to go right to Polly unless you remember it is chapter 7.

Anyone have a good strategy for dealing with this?

I do both. Of course only when I have time to strip out the individual songs as well. :p

I think it's only a matter of time before the :apple:TV does video playlists. I mean it's just a natural evolution and what a great party feature! If we think party guests are blown away with just the :apple:TV shuffling through songs and displaying album art, what do you think they would do if music videos were shuffling through? I bet I'd have about a half dozen friends buying a new :apple:TV the next day if this was working.

Sounds like TV Show, with the tv title as the same of the concert, and each song being a title.

I had to do this with cartoon compilations (Looney Tunes Vol 1, D1-D4), and while it was a lot of work, it's worth it. I can dial in on any 'toon based on what DVD it's on.
