iPhone Live focus on 12.1 doesn’t exist

The media is reporting that iOS 12.1 comes with Live Focus on portrait mode of the camera. My 12.1 on my Xs Max does not have this live feature? Am I missing something?

Looks like macrumors.com answered my question. The switch is in the upper right corner. Thanks!
