All Devices Live Photo’s doesn’t work anymore!

This iOS 13 has been a complete disaster when it comes to messages and photos missing in messages And indexing . Live Photo’s has followed suit and they do not work anymore with a press , they don’t work period! Why has apple released an amateur iOS with so many bugs. They have billions of dollars to hire competent testers and yet they continue to fail! Is anyone else having Live Photo issues when pressed for animation?

I have restored my iPad using iTunes after everything else failed , it’s been wiped clean with a fresh installation iOS 13.2.1 and it didn’t help any.

Live photo works for me as well but indeed my imessage attachments in info tab dont show up anymore, with no indexing message either, lol.

I am having the same issue too, my images and attachment doesn’t show anymore. iOS messages has gone downhill , it was flawless at one time when it all worked so well. Corporate greed and incompetence of testing before releasing!
