Live Photos on Sierra

G'day,

I am still running Sierra [waits for the applause to die down].

That means Photos v2, which cannot modify the key frame on my iPhone's "Live Photos".

Is there any other options to be able to pull out one of the other frames from a Live Photo on Sierra?
