I don't know about anyone else, but I make money by swing trading stocks. I have etrade power pro, and it has live stock feeds, second by second. I think they should have a LIVE stock program, because the delays are not functional. If I need to make a trade, I need to know what the stock is doing, along with how it is reacting to moving averages - also not on stock app.

First, I'm rather amazed that no demis have made fun of the thread title yet. 
That being said... is it possibly an option to use an application that allows you to keep a webpage as your desktop, and then just put E*Trade up as your desktop?
