I recall there being a few decent TV streaming apps available for the iPad, namely TVU Player, MoSS, and NetTv. Have any of you been using any of these apps on iPad? How are they?

Are there any tv streaming apps on the horizon for iPad?

I would love to stream some of the network channels to my iPad.

ABC has an app., works fine but I'm not into any ABC shows. I heard NBC and CBS are on the horizon.

EyeTv from Elgato Systems has a USB solution hardware tuner. Then a separate app thatvallows live tv streamed from the computer hosting the USB tuner. It can stream all prerecorded content too.

Hooked up to a digital antenna or your cable/satellite you can tune into whatever you have.

Check out the combination of iTivo and Air Video. iTivo automatically records shows to my server and Air Video serves them as streaming vids. Pretty cool.

Slingbox works great if you have broadband and a cable or satellite service at your home. My biggest complaint Is that the iPhone/iPad app costs $29 but otherwise works extremely well.

I forgot about Slingbox. I considered it when it first came out but decided to pass. How smoothly does it work with an iPad and has anyone tried yet using 3G? I notice it's an iPhone app, not even universal, is resolution scaled way down?
