Live Wallpaper gone

I used to use an App called Live Wallpaper back when I first got OSX Mavericks in 2013. Now I can't find this app in the App Store anymore. There is one called Living Wallpaper but it's not the same. It used to cost $0.99. Anyone know where I can get this app? Since they don't sell it anymore I don't think there should be piracy issues. If I can still pay for it I will.

I forgot my Apple ID password for the account it was on, and when I logged into my Yahoo email to reset it, Yahoo needed me to verify with my backup email address. However the backup email address was my military email which I cannot access.
